Dan has extensive construction management experience dating back to 1982 when he founded D.R. Fitzgerald Construction, Inc., a commercial framing company in Southern California. Within a ten-year period the company had in excess of 100 employees and annual sales of more than 10 million dollars and total sales exceeding 50 million dollars. Dan’s strongest attributes lie in his ability to assess risk, plan strategically, and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, financial statement and company policy.

John contributes more than 32 years of field experience. He worked his way up from apprentice to general concrete superintendent during his years with Nielsen Dillingham Builders. John has managed the concrete division and construction of such high-profile projects as the Sea World Shipwreck Rapids, the Calloway Golf facility, the 10-story C.I.P. Uniden Building in Sorrento Mesa, the Qualcomm Stadium expansion, and The Garden of Champions Tennis Stadium at Indian Wells, California. John now manages all field operations with PSSI, in addition to project management and public relations.

Len Tyler

Len Tyler's field experience began 26 years ago, starting from a first period carpenter apprentice and ascending to the position of foreman. Len then made the jump to Project Management, Estimating and Preliminary Design. His expertise is in all types of intricate concrete structures. Since becoming a principal at Pacific Southwest Structures Inc., Len has been in charge of Estimating for notable projects such as the SDSU Light Rail Transit Project, Costco–Mission Valley and the Lindbergh Field International Terminal Expansion.
